The room and possible extras will be paid when checking out;

Cancellation terms
Cancellation or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Cancellation or modified later, 50 % of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For longer stays and group reservations, cancellation policies and payment may differ.
