Exterior

The Cascina is divided into two parts that can easily be seen from the outside.

The first part is the Granary wing: two floors built over the old granary, of which the load bearing walls remain.

The other part is the Swallows’ Nest wing, result of the restoration of the area used to shelter wagons, carriages and for horses to rest: under this building’s roof each spring, swallows would return to build their nests.

The gardens are very well cared for and feature many varieties of flowers; your lazy Cascina afternoons might be spent by the elegant swimming pool.
